Pink Prosecco

Pink Prosecco is a sparkling wine made from the Glera grape and blended with a small amount of Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) or other red grapes to give it its pink color. It is produced in the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions of Italy, using the Charmat method, where the secondary fermentation takes place in a large stainless steel tank, resulting in a wine with persistent bubbles and fruity flavors.

Pink Prosecco is a relatively new style of Prosecco, as it was only approved by the Italian government in May 2020, and it is already gaining popularity due to its refreshing taste and attractive color. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, paired with light meals, or used in cocktails.
